Raspberry Avocado Chocolate Smoothie

This smoothie benefits from the flavors of chocolate and raspberries. Avocado gives it a smooth and thick texture. Being very low in carbohydrates and having the fat from the avocado, it’s keto friendly too.
Ingredients:
½ avocado
¾ cup (70g) frozen raspberries
1½ cups (350ml) cashew milk
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 packets Stevia
½ teaspoon raspberry (or other) extract
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients, in the order above, in the jar of a high-end blender such as a Vitamix. Start blending at low speed and slowly increase the speed to high. Blend about 40 seconds or until smooth.
If using a conventional blender that might be damaged by ice, allow the frozen pieces to thaw before blending.
